Further investication has proven this to be a factual inaccuracy. The BA INVESTMENT SERVICES account was not closed until xxx,xxx,2001 which is more than xxx months after her death.

I did not receive a response from you regarding the question in my letter to you dated xxx,xxx,2003, in which I asked "Where did the [BA INVESTMENT SERVICES account] money go?". It is clear that the money did not go into THE ESTATE OF ALVINA M. ROLOFF. If there is nothing improper about it, why have you refused to disclose information about ALVINA M. Related to your pattern of non-disclosure, why did you personally instruct ALVINA M. ROLOFF's accountant to NOT provide ALVINA M. ROLOFF's federal tax information to me. He told me that he had the information and that he would send it to me. It would not have cost you anything, not even your time. What is your reason for NOT wanting me to see ALVINA M. ROLOFF after she was discharged from the hospital?

Why did you bar Michael E. Roloff from hearing what you had to say during the meeting with my attorney, Douglas O. Whitlock? I requested Michael to be there on my behalf, since I was in Texas. What were the things that you did not want Michael, and me indirectly, to hear? Why did you refuse to allow a video recording or audio recording of this same meeting? Why did you refuse to allow a transcript of the meeting to be made? What are the things that you do not want anyone else to know?

Why did you NOT notify me of ALVINA M. ROLOFF's gradual and partial failure of her mental capacities as the brain-destroying disease ate away at the nerves in her brain?

Why were you granted UNLIMITED AND IMMEDIATE powers of attorney in ALVINA M. ROLOFF's xxx,xxx, 2000 legal document? Was it already obvious that ALVINA M. ROLOFF was failing in her mental capacities?

There are many, many questions. Why do you refuse to provide information? Do you not believe that your behavior makes it appear that you have something to hide?
