Comments: T/C (telephone call) from C. G. (caregiver) concerned
about patients restless behavior and not sleeping well.
She had been advised to give Ativan every 6 hours but
that it wasn't helping much.

Plan: Advised to give the very smallest 0.25 milliliter
dose of Roxanol to see if this would help sleep pattern at all.

Talked for awhile about Roxanol (morphine) and its benefits.
